I haven’t have any problem login until yesterday night. I log in with my hide id so they generated apple private relay email that randomized and will automatically change if i redownload the app. Now I cannot log in and email their support all day long to help me out get into my accounts. I explain to them many time that apple private relay id is randomized generated and if generated me new one that relay id i have originally is lost forever. They won’t help me even they know my iCloud email address that link up in their profile and they keep spamming please log in with your relay private id.
