Where do I begin? For starters, I didn’t get the 7-day trial as promised, I was charged the very next day for an entire year subscription. The process of adding your own lyrics are inconsistent— with some song linking to Apple Music and others do not. There’s not any customer service, I tried to join the Slack community but could not join the server. There’s weird “levels” of contributors. Gamifying the song lyric process is strange and the work of con artists. Although I have the Pro Subscription, I still have a banner that says to Upgrade to Pro.
