This company has probably the worst customer service "support" I've ever seen. The CG workout program itself is good - good trainers, community and workouts. HOWEVER - the membership itself is the part that's awful. It's specifically designed to be difficult to navigate so that they keep you stuck in this confusing cycle, all the while continuing to take your money. Somehow I got signed up for the two year payment program - this was not what I asked for, and I had just been heavily injured so was unable to workout at all - so I tried to call to ask them about it.
