Handy Hubby Apex

I thought I would be using all the detailed steps to track where I was, weather, what did I eat, have I slept, which area of my head, symptoms, triggers… I was sure I’d be doing that so I could analyze all the different variables and have my own “Eureka” moment. It turns out, what makes this app the most useful is that it allows for all that, and also allows for the simplest option too. In the beginning I was going through each step diligently and removed steps that I didn’t particularly care about.
