Rappi drivers canceling my orders if they see big purchases without buyers approval! This is extremely bad attitude and against customer rights. Rappi application don’t have control on it. Furthermore, refund process is taking 15 days. It means that my money kept on hold and I don’t get my order. Just to know, I am a Prime customer and this happened to me twice!!!!
