Absolutely unreliable Bought two tickets to different events and neither showed up on the app. One event organizer told me it won’t be a problem and we’ll see for this next event. There should never be a guessing game with ordering tickets. UPDATE: The developer responded and gave me a link to find the tickets. Although I didn’t use it because the organizer advised me my name would already be listed, I appreciate the response. I just had to purchase another set through the app and it worked well this time. So I’m updating to 4 stars from 1.
