My items were delivered to the wrong address by FedEx and I submitted a claim with FedEx and ASOS. FedEx said they could not retrieve the lost package, I shared phot evidence with ASOS and answered all questions to resolve. The follow up emails continued to ask me if I was sure the items were missing. Finally, they said my replacement was put in with next day shipping expect 2 items out of stock. 2 days later receive an email for a refund stating all items are out of stock. I go check the website the items are indeed in stock. The rep said ok “then just order from your end”. I haven’t even rec
