I don’t normally write app reviews, but this has been such a well crafted app that is so user-friendly that it warrants it. What you get for the free service is well worth it, in my opinion. No ads, reminder notifications that you can edit to your liking, weight tracking with a graph to see it visually, meal tracking so easy that it’s no hassle to track meals and see where I am for the day. This app makes the barrier to entry so small and easy that I’m 10x more likely to be consistent, and in turn reach my goals.
