Have been a long time Chase customer. It seems that COVID/Coronavirus was a good excuse for many to mishandle many things. The supply chain must have fluctuated during it, and subsequently NOT consequently, Chase deleted my entire account that has a full history of my transaction and also accrued points without proper explanation or informing the actual account owner, who obviously is myself. It effectively blocked any financial transactions that were needed on my end, backfiring and causing mayhem and distress on their end. Full of error and mishandling. Needs a full review and correction. Up
