The most recent update does not allow you to make a Future Booking nor does it allow you to book a ride for a family member if you are in an area that does not have Careem service (I.e. traveling)!!! Even spending over one hour talking to support, could not help resolve this issue, when people were depending on me to make the booking. I’m a very disappointed Careem user of over 12 years. New updates must be fully tested before release.

Terrible Application Development & Useless Support I bought a ticket for my wife on Ryanair through eDrams. She was charged a check-in fee EVEN after following Ryanair’s COMPLICATED process of verification on their own App, (which always hangs on the final step!!). Support desk could not help AT ALL. Ryanair still charged her a check in €55 fee for checking in at the counter for the return leg of the trip. Even though we went through the suggested process of VERIFICATION for this leg as well. and she showed them a video of how the system HANGS and what happens when you attempt verification
