I recently had an issue where the I was unable to transfer, withdraw, or convert crypto using the app. I was given errors and try again options. I spoke with customer support for about an hour and a half and was finally able to move crypto after the value went down about 5% by using the Coinbase wallet website rather than the app. My app was up to date, phone was up to date. So the problem was strictly through the app. It’s extremely important to me for transactions to be fast and reliable especially when hundreds of dollars are on the line.
