I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT on May 5th, super excited to wear them on my upcoming trip to India. I waited 18 days with no updates, and today the app suddenly shows “shipment failed” and says I’ve been refunded. No explanation, no warning — just disappointment. I was really looking forward to this pair. I trusted GOAT, but this experience has made me lose confidence in their service. If they can’t fulfill confirmed orders, what’s the point? Really frustrating and honestly unacceptable.
