I really enjoy the insights in this app and have liked using it. I had a stressful moment with my boss and it not only tracked it, but helped me with immediate strategies to calm myself and showed the impact of that stress over a longer time. Definitely worth understanding! Cons: The really frustrating part is that when you buy a membership, you get bombarded with ads in the app and also in your email from the app asking to purchase the lifetime subscription.
