I tested quite a few photo optimising apps. Snapseed is the clear winner for me. It’s true that it includes less fancy features to add funny, colourful text elements than other apps. But when considering Snapseed as an app that allows you, without being an IT specialist, to quickly improve the quality of a photo you just took, than it will be difficult to find anything better. I already enjoyed the basic version (cars only): cool animation, perfect sounds, addictive, simply great! But now they added a second "world": trains. What is more additional sub-games are included in that new world, i.e. you have the option to fulfill further tasks (changing parking slots of cars, collecting roses, catching moles etc.) while organizing all the upcoming trains. Great idea! Another fantastic idea: the train tracks are not straight, which significantly increases the game's complexity. And all of this for free! Without any in-app purchasing option!
