Tried to update my profile through the App and the website, each is throwing an inconclusive error. Worst UX experience on each; page scrolls up when you click the date calendar next to passport; . I will highly recommend QA to hire the team that did Korean Airlines app developers or at minimum hire a better QA team. Unsure how this app even passed Apple Store standards, extremely poor execution.
