I’ve had the same problem with the app for weeks. I’ve been in contact with the chat support, I’ve contacted the team by email, they still can’t resolve the issue of me not being able to place bets on this app. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again 4-5 times but the issue persists. They’ve encouraged me to place bets on their website and not through the app, but what’s the point of having a betting app if you can’t even let your users place bets?
