I have been on this website before, and it my favorite of favorites when it comes to recipes. Simply because the recipes are in metric. I live in Kentucky, but am sooooooooo ready for the United States to go metric. I purchase meals from a delivery service called Home Chef, for two people, three times a week, which gives me six meals a week, leaving me with one meal to purchase and cook on my own. I can’t begin to tell you how sick and tired I am of years of measuring cups and spoons. I’ve got a small kitchen metric scale to measure out the amount of grams that I like in my pour over coffee
