When a customer goes to rate and tip the driver and the tip for whatever reason fails, you cannot go back and tip the driver. Both Uber and Bolt allow you to go back and tip the driver after the rating. You are not dong your drivers right by allowing your system to prevent tipping after a ride has been rated. That is unfair to your drivers. I would rather spend a little more elsewhere knowing that I can properly thank your drivers. For now, I will delete your app. When you get that fixed, let me know and I will add you back.
