This is the worst company I’ve encountered ever! My his was rescheduled 2 hours ahead but in the email I received one day prior to my trip still told me the bus was scheduled at the original time. So I went to the bus station on time and missed the bus. We then called the company and they told us to request refund on the website. But when we really submitted the request, they rejected our requests denying that misleading email we received one day ahead of the trip. The ticket was not very expensive, but you guys forever lost me and my friends as a customer !
