I had a problem when I wanted to confirm my e-mail adress and they just didn’t send any e-mail. I tried to change the e-mail adress from the app, same problem. When I contacted customer support they told me there’s nothing they can do. What do you mean there’s nothing you can do, that’s literally your freakin’ job. Very very frustrating interaction with the support.
