Scammers and no live customer support, only bots that do not help you, you are left with no item and no money, very dissapointed and will delete the app, not worth it, would be worth to sue them too, they are not adhering to their own policies

I have been using this for 10 years, it is getting worse and worse, I also have been paying premium and for what? My stories do not update, I could be reading chapter 52 and I leave the story and come back it shows chapter 8, I have to spend time searching for the right spot manually, it used save the place you were reading, and this is going on for a few months, is anyone working on this app?
