In order to retrieve your boarding passes and not get charged at the airport, you have to scan your passport. However my passport was not scanning through the app and it will not allow you to input it manually. Please add another option for typing it in manually or taking a photo. Incredibly frustrating as you have to pay for every little change and this should be a smooth experience for the customer.
