The people who helped me on 1v1 me were definitely patient and respectful. When I first signed up, I thought I used a certain email. Turns out, I used a different one and when I messaged them asking why I couldn’t sign in. They were quick and told me it was a different email I was reluctant and argued like any person would. They still helped after I argued, they could have banned me, suspended, or whatever but instead they chose to help and for that I really love this app.
