Prices are being unbelievable recently like they used to take 2.80 JOD maximum now they ask for 5-7 JOD! They need to work on that and get their prices back to normal!

The policies are against the customer! I have ordered from a restaurant and no drivers accepted my order and after an hour and a half the driver who has accepted my order called me to cancel because he was assigned to deliver 4 other orders and when I did cancel they refused to get me my money back under the policy “once the restaurant accepted the order there will not be a refund”!
