This company will overcharge you every chance they get. I purchased a one-way ticket for $500 and was charged an extra $50 because my luggage was just 2 kg over the limit. There is absolutely no loyalty, flexibility, or appreciation for paying customers. They lure you in with a lower fare, then make up for it with extra charges for every little thing they can find. Save yourself the frustration and fly with another airline. You may pay slightly more upfront, but you’ll get far better service and won’t feel like you’re being nickel-and-dimed at every step.
