Terrible experience. Got to the airport and they did not accept the rental at the reservation counter, no explanation given, despite finding the reservation number. No number to call and ask or resolve the problem because customer service does not work on weekends! Had to pack the family and all our bags and rent from Localiza the next day. Zero stars. Georg
