Terrible App!
This app sucks. It only allows a few “alternative” exercises if you want, the rest timer isn’t adjustable (2 minutes?!?!?!? Ever heard if keeping your heart rate UP?!?!?), you have to manually input how many reps, at what weight and sets, etc… The list goes on…
I literally tried it for one day and expected to have at least 2 muscle groups in my workout (Chest/Triceps), but nope…it was more focused on ONE muscle group (Chest - 5 exercises) cardio and stretching…. and to top it off, I put the setting as an Intermediate Level weight trainer…. This was more like a beginner workout…at best…
