Just renewed my subscriptions. Now new issues won’t download. Their customer support had me delete the app and sign back in but now my user name and password does not work. The reset password link provided just gives an error message despite an appropriate password. I got nuthin now Revised. There was an error on their end which was fixed. Still have to redownload my libraries. Wasted a lot of time getting this sorted out. 2 stars. It still saves trees
