So I decided I wanted to sign up for this, but immediately regretted it and asked the app to cancel my subscription. I did ask for a refund but did say I fully understood that I wasn’t entitled to one, so I was OK with them not issuing one. However, I was completely ignored. Every time I wrote to cancel, I would get a call or message from my trainer. They did not respond once after mentioning in the auto-response that they would get back to me within 8 hours. I had exchanged a few messages with the trainer so I completely understand if a refund wasn’t possible, but it was annoying to be igno
