I made a hotel booking via Agoda, and unfortunately a typhoon came and my plans had to be cancelled. I asked customer service if any special arrangements can be made under this extraordinary circumstances, but I was told that the hotel has denied my request. I called the hotel, and to my surprise they said that NO ONE GOT IN TOUCH with them regarding my request, and that they are more than happy to accommodate my request. I called Agoda once again and they claimed to help, and will get back to me with an email, but obviously nothing happened. Super super disappointed as I have been using them
