The free version works like it says. The only it does not do that under armor does is macro calorie status. Like showing if you are under or over each of the 3 macro goals. This just shows the macro % of what you have already logged not how much is left to go. I finally hit my goal of losing 5 lbs after a month of using this to keep me honest. The iPhone / iwatch calorie burn is overly optimistic so I just go by the daily goal minus calories consumed with no exercise deductions. Highly recommend
