When starting a golf round on iPhone, once the course uploads, and the watch recognizes this round, the iPhone is responsive to change in location, and therefore distance measurement. However, the Apple Watch remain stuck on 1st tee distance from the chosen tee box and does not change/not dynamic. You have to then exit out of the round on the phone and reload before it is functional. Ugh.
