So if i want to cancel on a driver who takes 20+ minutes to get to me, then DRIVES AWAY AS I OPEN THE DOOR, and keeps driving away until I cancel, I get charged more than 50% of the cost of that uber AND it impact your rating so it just makes this issue worse over time?? And when he FINALLY cancels instead of driving away, he doesn’t get charged, nothing happens to his driver rating, and I have to wait another 10 minutes for an uber to arrive, at which point so much time has passed I might as well have walked.
