I downloaded the app believing that I had voluntarily given 5 euros for a personal request, after 7 days they charged me 40 euros, I talked to the assistance which is very poor and they told me that they could not make a refund, too bad that I work there in the service centers and I know how it works, they blamed Pay pal, after 7 days they had to at least give me a 20 euros but nothing with the passing of the days they told me that they could no longer, waste of time and money.
