I love this game, but please work on the terrible responses to Support tickets!! Today there is a problem with my Clan’s chat channel, but I’ve decided not to request support. I am too tired of dealing with rushed replies from Support people who have not taken the time to read the details of my message, or to figure out what the issue actually is. Too often they send a generic response or a reply that does not answer the question (for example, when I was asking about Clan Achievements, but they were mistakenly replying about Quests, which are different). When I try to follow up, they still
