100+ euro appeared in 2024 on my account, behind a car plate used 2 years ago in Italy. After a first customer service reaction, and after explaining what happened, anyone went dark and silent. I can’t use the app anymore, the second I add a debit/credit card this unjustified value will be cashed in. Unfortunatelly, no alternatives available, except cash or wireless payments at terminal, that gives zero tolerance for time spent on parking and amount payed.
