Update - now the washer is correct in usage summary but the dryer is incorrect. I count the number of washer cycles within the current month in the app and it matches the summary (and energy usage) Doing the same with the dryer, I get more completed cycles than in the summary. Therefore the energy usage for the month is incorrect. I have been tracking my usage against the app reporting. While my dryer usage is correct, the washer usage is incorrect (low). It keeps missing washes which now impacts the tub clean recommendation (and power usage calculations). Counting should be simple

I have used the KLM app for years and never had an issue This current version (I have checked and there is no update) freezes a lot when trying even simple actions. No longer allows to confirm passport or visas - just says cannot check in. Then it freezes resulting in having to crash the app and restart. What happened to an app that was one of the better airline apps???
