Nice magazine. Horrible customer service
I subscribed to the print and digital magazine. I downloaded the app but all the articles are still locked a few days later. I emailed. No response. I contacted the developer through the app. Again no response. What good is an app when you can’t access any of the articles? I can access the website and pdf articles but you can’t of course click right to the article and the “experience” they brag about just isn’t the same. I have subscribed in the past with access to their app so whomever is now minding the store is asleep. Maybe a bad review will wake them up!
