I want to cancel my trial (Otter supports only English) but (surprise) the page it’s well hidden. I contacted the customer service about it and was redirected to FAQ. After that I was sent an email to rate their customer service (!) and I replied that I was not satisfied. Surprise, my rating has not been accepted because “the request has now been closed”
