I installed on MacPC, iPhone and iPad. All OS is the latest and browsers but reacted differently. iPad required no additional manual settings and let me login and connect to the server but iPhone and MacPc kept getting error unable to connect. After all suggested troubleshooting on the site, I set them up as if I was in the restricted location to use specific certificate and authentication info, I can manually enable VPN but the apps on devices still gave me the same error.
