This app is unfortunately so bad, I’m surprised Uber Eats redirects you here. It’s extremely complicated to navigate and not user friendly. You can’t make any type of modifications on the app, you have to call a call center once the order is placed, just crazy. If your payment doesn’t go through the order is cancelled and instead of being able to pay with a different card you have to build your entire cart from scratch. Unavailable items replacement suggestions are so bad they don’t make any sense. Truly a mess of an app overall, I’m so confused.
