This popular app seems really good when you start using it. The checklists and vendor search features had a better UX than Zola’s, so we started doing everything on The Knot. Knowing what we know now, we would have stayed away. Once we were in too deep to switch, this app started really letting us down. Creating our website was a headache because the UX was unintuitive and sometimes didn’t save out edits. And we still had to settle for some bad grammar and poor formatting hard-wired into the site design because there are many aspects you cannot control. Why not just let users edit the html? Pu
