Frustrated with engineers

I really liked it at first when all was working fine. Now every day I get at least 4 malfunctions. The app is easy to use, but takes a year to finally pick up an IP, and it looks for new ones every few hours. Every time this happenstance, I have to restart the connection. The PC version is even worse. It takes 10 minutes to successfully connect, and even that’s a gamble. Every time I try to connect, it loses WiFi altogether for a few minutes. If I’m lucky, it takes several minutes to connect. It used to take 3 seconds 2 years ago. Moreover, I’ve sent multiple feedbacks about these phenomena
