Frustrated parent and leader.

I had the app downloaded and tried to link my child to me. I got error messages and I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now all I get is to update the app and I did it and still get the message to update. Also I am his den leader. I am suppose to be able to update his completed requirements as well as the other kids in the den. I dont always have a computer available to do updates. I now can’t do that. That is what this app was suppose to do was help leaders, parents, and scouts. I’m disappointed
