Frustrated on 11/4/23

I changed my VPN to Xpress VPN. I’ve been trying now literally for hours trying to get it installed on the second iPhone iOS 16. Everything I can find on the Xpress VPN site to install what I have already purchased onto a second device since me to the App Store where they generously want me to pay for a second installation. After clicking on the chat with us button and Xpress VPN several times throughout these hours the message comes up that my wait time will be “less than a minute”. Absolutely no response for any of the 10 to 15 times I tried to chat on their 24 /7 chat helpline. If anyone fr
