Paid $15 for an app I can’t get to work. When to the “user guide”where it keeps dropping out.

Hi Guys Love the app but at the moment when using, the app only stayed logged in/loading for 30 seconds before I have to load again. Says “ background mode ended - please reload” Can you help? Have an iPhone 10
