I use Speak as the baseline for self-teaching a new language. I love the instant feedback with speech and the hands-free review option so I can learn during my commute. One thing I’ve noticed was the speech recognition between different languages. It was great with Spanish. However, somewhat poor when using hands-free using my car’s audio. Korean seems to be poor on all fronts. It had a hard time recognizing simple sounds like “pyo” 표. I had to restart it multiple times until it got it.
