I have been trying to quit for some time and I’ve downloaded every single app available to help me! I’m still only a few days in but this app is very easy to use, easy to read, and easy to quit! I love the health information and facts that really align with how I’m feeling during my quitting journey, like when I’m moody as a teenager and the app tells me my cravings are at an all time high and this is my body trying to get me to smoke again. That reallyyy has helped me stay on track!
