Easy to use, I can download media directly from my emby or plex server (have tried both). Only issue I have experienced is when you have downloaded a new file to your library and want to add it to your playlist you cant add to a existing list. You have to delete the list and mark all the files you want, THEN add to new playlist :/ Only reason it do not get 5 stars
