ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION CANT BE RESTORED ON MY IPAD!!!!!
I haven’t used this app for more than 6 months even though I am on annual subscription. The other day the charged me again for another year. I opened the app and noticed I was logged out, after logging in my subscription was gone, so I tried doing Restore Purchase but kept on getting error. I’ve reached to their chat support but no one is responding for almost 48 hours now. Terrible service!
